Cancellation Policy
There will be no refunds on deposits received, confirming a booking, unless we re-let the room/s for the same period of time at the same rate/s, less a 20% administration / cancellation fee.
We can retain your deposit for a future visit within a 12 month period, excluding our annual rate increase and depending on low or high season rates.
